Step 1: Register to Vote
Check Your Registration
The last day to register to vote is Monday, October 15. It is important to check your
registration status and that all information in your voter record is correct. If your address has not been
updated to match your I.D., you may not be able to vote.
If you think you are already registered to vote, check your registration status on the Kentucky State Board of Elections website.
If you are not registered, or if your address is wrong, use the Kentucky's Online Voter Registration website to register to vote or update your current
registration.

Make Sure You Live in Union
You can only vote for Chris if you are within the boundaries of the City of Union. Even if your mail is
addressed to Union, that doesn't necessarily mean you live in the city of Union. Check to see if you live
within the boundaries of the city on the map below.
If you are outside the city boundaries, you can still support Chris by donating or volunteering!

Step 2: VOTE!
There are four ways that you may be able to vote if you meet certain criteria.
In-Person Voting on Election Day
Election Day is Tuesday, November 3! Polls are open from 6:00 am - 6:00 pm. You must vote at your precinct on
Election Day.

No Excuse Early Voting
If you can't vote at your precinct on Election Day, you may vote in-person from Thursday, October 29 - Saturday, October 31 at either location listed below!
Election officials will scan your ID and make sure you get the correct ballot for your address.

In-person Excused Absentee Voting
You can vote in-person at the Boone County Administration Building if you will be out of town on Election Day and the entire early voting period, or if have another valid excuse. This can be done on October 21, 22, 23, 26, 27,
and 28.
You must have a valid excuse to vote early during this period. Valid excuses include work travel, military service, out-of-town students, caregivers, election officers, planned hospital stay, and last trimester of pregnancy.

Mail-in Absentee Voting
If you can't vote on Election Day or either in-person Early Voting, you can request an absentee ballot
starting September 19. The deadline to request an absentee ballot is 11:59 pm on Tuesday, October 20. Your
mail-in ballot must be in possession by the Boone County Clerk by 6pm on Election Day.
